Upon your first visit, we will provide an individual treatment plan that explains the procedure(s), the number of appointments required, and the overall costs. Important Information

• When booking as a new patient we ask for a £65 non-refundable deposit, which will be taken from the cost of the examination or emergency consultation, as long as the appointment is kept.
• We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
• Any missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged an additional £1 per minute.
• We accept payment via cash, cheques, and most credit or debit cards – we regret that we cannot accept American Express.
• When booking a treatment appointment we may ask for a 50% deposit to be paid.
